The adjustable head of the floor drain is set flush with the finished concrete floor, which is sloped toward the drain. A safe pan is flashed into the clamping collar per specifications. A trap primer connection is provided, with a cap fitting used if not required. The drain outlet connects via a calked outlet type connection to the waste piping below the suspended slab.
