A stainless steel sluiceway extension connects to equipment with a flexible connection secured by half-inch diameter bolts with nuts typical. A stainless steel "E" thimble with a mounting flange secures to the structure using a continuous weld on a two-by-two-by-one-quarter-inch angle. A twelve-by-twelve-inch stainless steel plate cover with a hinge provides access, and a removable stainless steel hatch with pull handles aligns level with the platform grating.
