A three-quarter-inch condensate drain line runs down inside the wall and exits through a chrome escutcheon at the wall finish. A Fernco Series 1056 three-quarter-inch rubber pipe connector with stainless steel gear clamps joins the condensate line to the sink tailpiece. A minimum two-inch elevation difference is maintained between the connection and the sink fixture. The assembly ties mechanical condensate disposal into the plumbing waste system.
