The assembly connects to a cold water line one and one-half inches and smaller through a line size shut-off valve on a one-half inch cold water branch line. A Sioux Chief 695 series pressure-actuated automatic trap primer, or approved equal, is installed at least five inches above the flood rim of the highest served fixture. An optional distribution unit connects to the trap primer to serve multiple drains for two to four trap connections. Three-eighths inch primer lines extend downward to connect to P-traps below the floor while verifying run-out lengths with the manufacturer.
CONNECTION SHALL BE TO COLD WATER LINE 1-1/2" AND SMALLER SIOUX CHIEF 695 SERIES PRESSURE ACTUATED AUTOMATIC TRAP PRIMER, OR APPROVED EQUAL LINE SIZE SHUT-OFF VALVE 1/2" COLD WATER BRANCH LINE INSTALL TRAP PRIMER AT LEAST 5" ABOVE THE FLOOD RIM OF THE HIGHEST SERVED FIXTURE OPTIONAL DISTRIBUTION UNIT FOR CONNECTION TO MULTIPLE DRAINS (AS REQUIRED FOR 2-4 TRAP CONNECTIONS) 3/8" PRIMER LINES TO CONNECT TO P-TRAPS BELOW FLOOR (VERIFY RUN OUT LENGTH WITH MANUFACTURER)
