An in-line pump piping assembly includes an upstream shut-off valve, a strainer equipped with a ball valve blowdown and a threaded hose connection, and typical gauge cocks. The central in-line pump is followed on the discharge side by a swing-type check valve, a circuit setter with readout ports, and a downstream shut-off valve. A zero to twenty PSI pressure gauge connects across the pump assembly with typical gauge cocks controlling the pressure taps.
