A domestic water duplex booster pump system rests on a four-inch concrete housekeeping pad, complete with a NEMA 1 duplex control panel and a seismically anchored expansion tank. The assembly includes dual pumps connected to a discharge header with two spring check valves and flexible connections. Pressure gauges, a low-pressure switch set at 20 PSI, and a pressure regulator set at 75 PSI are integrated into the piping. The expansion tank is secured to the wall for seismic bracing using a 2-inch wide, 16-gauge sheet metal band positioned a minimum of 4 inches above the control.
