A sheet metal downspout runs down the exterior building wall and transitions into a 24-inch cast iron downspout shoe featuring a powder-coated finish selected from manufacturer standard colors, a 5-inch by 5-inch top bell, and a 5-7/8-inch outside diameter outlet. A side cleanout with stainless steel screws is integrated into the assembly just above finished grade. The downspout shoe connects to the underground drainage piping via rubber couplings near the foundation. The underground storm drainage is coordinated with the civil series, and downspout locations and sizes are coordinated with the architectural series.
