The sewage ejector assembly comprises a subsurface basin set below Level B1 with a top slab elevation of minus three feet zero inches. Dual submersible pumps feature guide bar brackets and discharge piping fitted with spring check valves and shut-off valves. A gravity waste line enters the basin with a terminal valve while pumped waste connects to the main discharge line. Float switches control levels for high water alarm, both pumps on, lead pump on, and both pumps off. A separate vent runs through the roof from the sewage ejector and electrical wiring is provided by Division 26.
