A precast concrete sample box incorporates a Z-Lok pipe connector cast integrally into the wall for H-20 traffic loading conditions. The assembly features a twenty-four-inch cast iron frame and gastight cover, with optional three-inch, six-inch, and twelve-inch risers provided to adjust overall height as required. The thirty-two-inch diameter box rests on a suitable base of compacted fill or undisturbed earth. The integrated flexible connector accommodates pipe outside diameters ranging from 4.25 inches to 6.25 inches.
