Flexible sleeve pipe couplings connect the inlet and outlet of the grease interceptor to the vacuum waste accumulator and sink drainage lines. A grease interceptor vent ties into the drain-waste-vent system as indicated. A minimum 16-inch access clearance is maintained above the interceptor.
