A schedule forty PVC or galvanized steel sleeve passes through a concrete or masonry wall to accommodate an insulated or uninsulated pipe. The annular space between the pipe and sleeve is filled with sealant and caulk on both interior and exterior sides. An escutcheon plate is installed where the pipe is exposed on the interior, and a twenty gauge flash flange is fitted on the exterior side. The sleeve is secured to the partition, and all penetrations are cut to tightly fit each pipe.
