A clean-out ferrule with a countersunk brass cap is set flush within a square concrete pad surrounded by finished paving. The assembly connects to an underground PVC pipe utilizing a PVC one-eighth bend fitting. The PVC pipe ties into a PVC underground sewer wye fitting as specified in the project schedule. A plug is provided or the run continues as shown on the plan. A four-inch minimum clearance is maintained below the paving and pad.
