The drip pan is fabricated with a depth of two inches and a width six inches greater than the diameter of the associated pipe. It is suspended independently beneath the plumbing piping using one-quarter-inch diameter galvanized threaded rods featuring double nuts on the bottom spaced at four feet on center. One-quarter-inch by two-inch wide galvanized bar stock is welded to the drip pan, maintaining a construction free of holes. The plumbing pipe is installed independently suspended from the drip pan assembly.
