A pipe sleeve penetrates the roof construction, secured with an optional clamping collar below and a sleeve clamped into the sheet lead flashing above. Roofing is mopped in over the assembly, maintaining a minimum twelve-inch clearance. The lead flashing is shaped over the sleeve flange to provide a waterproof seal at the roof surface.
