An interior rainwater leader descends within a pipe chase and transitions through the exterior wall to a downspout nozzle. A twelve-inch high concrete curb sits atop the foundation wall below the discharge point. Water empties onto a concrete splash block set at finished grade with an eighteen-inch minimum clearance. Electric heat trace is integrated to prevent freezing.
