An adjustable floor access housing with a bronze scoriated top flush with the finished floor is installed within a concrete floor slab, housing a countersunk plug inside a floor clean-out body. Piping connects the clean-out body to the main line using cast-iron no-hub piping and a combination or long sweep ninety-degree elbow at the end of the run.
