A utility pipe penetrates a below-grade concrete foundation wall through a water stop sleeve embedded in the concrete. A modular wall seal by GPT is installed at each side of the penetration to prevent water infiltration into the interior building space. The modular seal is secured using 316 stainless steel nuts and bolts, and the assembly is installed with adjustment nuts facing the interior side.
