A plumbing vent stack passes through a membrane roof assembly with a roof construction sleeve as required. A single-ply roof jack extends a minimum of twelve inches above the roof surface, furnished and installed by the roofing contractor and sealed watertight to the vent stack. An increaser is installed on the pipe below the roof construction when required by design.
