A pipe condensate drain ties directly into a sheet metal downspout located adjacent to a concrete tilt-up wall panel. The sheet metal downspout transitions to a cast iron downspout installed by others. A forty-five degree wye cleanout with a plug, also provided by others, is fitted into the drainage line.
