A pipe penetrates an exterior concrete wall using a wall sleeve equipped with a water stop and a rolled edge of one-eighth inch tolerance. The annular space between the pipe and sleeve is sealed with a Link-Seal modular wall and casing seal by Thunderline Corporation, assembled using three hundred sixteen stainless steel nuts and bolts with adjustment nuts positioned on the interior side. An escutcheon plate with a one-inch collar finishes the interior penetration, sized at twenty-four gauge three hundred four stainless steel for pipes between two and eight inches, and twenty gauge three hundred four stainless steel for pipes between ten and twenty-four inches.
