A thermostatic mixing valve assembly configured for an emergency shower and eye wash station delivers tempered water at 84 degrees Fahrenheit. Hot and cold water supply lines feed into the central thermostatic mixing valve, each equipped with typical gate valves, strainers, check valves, and unions for maintenance access. A thermometer is installed on the tempered water supply line to monitor output temperature.
