This assembly consists of a four-inch cast iron cleanout plug and frame set flush with the finished grade within an eighteen-inch by eighteen-inch by six-inch thick concrete pad. The cleanout connects to a four-inch cast iron riser, which transitions to a four-inch concrete pipe via a cement patch. The riser ties into the main concrete pipe line using a wye fitting, with the pipe size determined by the project plans.
