Suspended pipes rest on roller stands mounted to a trapeze member secured by hanger rods and locking nuts. Uninsulated and insulated pipes are accommodated, with vapor barrier insulation specified on select runs. A fourteen gauge insulation shield at least eighteen inches long protects the insulation at the support points, supplemented by a pipe saddle at least eighteen inches long. Roller stands are bolted directly to the support member with a maximum center-to-center spacing of forty-two inches.
