A day tank feeds a booster pump skid via a piped connection, with a reduced pressure principle backflow preventer assembly and control valve along the backup domestic supply line discharging through an air gap. The booster pump skid pressurizes water distributed to water closets and urinals, regulated in conjunction with a pressure tank located on level P4. Control wiring links the system to a 4th floor control valve, and water meters monitor flow across the piped network.
