A single-ply roof jack is furnished and installed by the roofing contractor around the vent stack, sealed watertight to the stack and integrated with the membrane roofing material. The vent stack extends a minimum of eighteen inches above the roof surface. The assembly provides waterproofing at the roof penetration.
