Plumbing piping passes through an insulated roofing assembly over a non-fill pan deck at a roof penetration. A seismic riser clamp secures the pipe and is anchored to the pan decking using L-brackets fastened with TEK screws and fender washers. A roof jack is installed by others around the pipe penetration.
