A plumbing vent stack penetrates through the roof construction as required, fitted with an increaser below the roof line. A single-ply roof jack is furnished and installed by the roofing contractor, sealed watertight to the vent stack and integrated with the membrane roofing material. The vent stack extends a minimum of eighteen inches above the finished roof surface.
