A freeze-proof wall hydrant with a union elbow mounts through an exterior wall with the control valve positioned at the interior face of the wall to prevent freezing. The supply piping is held tightly against the interior face of the wall and insulated as required. The exterior flange is sealed water-tight against the building facade.
