A sanitary clean-out assembly terminates at finished grade within a minimum 16-inch by 16-inch concrete pad or asphalt topping. The assembly incorporates a clean-out plug and a no-hub clean-out body connected to cast-iron no-hub piping. Piping includes an 1/8 bend directly below the clean-out body, additional piping as necessary to make grade, and an 1/8 bend at the end-of-line or wye fitting. Type and requirements for special access housings and tops must be field verified.
