A fire protection pipe penetrates a wall through a core or sleeve providing two inches of annular clearance filled with flexible mastic. The assembly incorporates a class fifty-three ductile iron flanged spigot connected to a flange by groove spool piece and a flex coupling. Mechanical restraint is provided by a riser clamp, mega-lug, all-thread rod, or an equal method of restraint. The pipe extends outward to the fire protection system with specified offsets and dimensions.
