A two-way combination sanitary cleanout is installed in an unpaved area. The assembly is housed within a twenty-four by twenty-four inch by six-inch deep precast concrete box featuring a cast iron cover labeled sewer. The cleanout plug consists of a brass plug and a cast iron ferrule joined to the piping network. No-hub couplings with stainless steel shields are used typically at the pipe connections. The surrounding grade is sloped half an inch toward the cover for drainage.
