An underground four-inch sanitary waste pipe transitions through a nine-degree elbow up through the first floor concrete slab into a vertical four-inch pipe. The vertical stack incorporates a full-size cleanout with a wall cleanout and cover flush to the wall finish. The pipe size increases to four inches upstream of the cleanout, connecting to a reduced vertical waste line. This installation applies specifically to locations where the clear wall cavity dimension exceeds the outside diameter of the four-inch underground pipe.
