A trap primer valve connects to the domestic cold water supply line within the wall cavity, accessible via a wall-mounted access panel. A half-inch cold water copper pipe routes from the valve down through the wall and below the finished floor to supply a floor drain with a deep seal floor trap. The installation proceeds per manufacturer instructions and plumbing specifications.
