A building drain pipe connects to a cast iron cleanout tee fitted with a countersunk plug. The cleanout tee is integrated into the drainage piping and aligned with a finished wall penetration. A face-of-wall stainless steel cover with anchor lugs secures into the finished wall assembly to provide access to the cleanout plug.
