An expansion tank connects to a make-up water line with isolation valves and a locked-open isolation valve positioned upstream of a relief valve set to drain. A pressure gauge, pressure-temperature test port, and charging valve are integrated into the piping configuration. A three-quarter-inch drain valve with a hose end is located at the base of the tank. Seismic straps secure the tank according to manufacturer specifications, and anchors are installed per structural details.
