An oil interceptor and oil storage tank are installed below the finished floor with associated two-inch oil storage tank vents and a two-inch vent extending through the roof. A sewage ejector SE-1 connects to the system, accompanied by a three-inch waste in line and a three-inch floor drain designated as AD-1. The excavation is backfilled with pea gravel around the tank and interceptor assembly. A two-inch vent connects to the oil interceptor, and vertical clearances are dimensioned from the finished floor level to the tank connections.
