A water conditioning tank containing treatment media connects to an adjacent brine tank via a brine line and overflow line. Water flows through an inlet pipe into a bypass valve assembly equipped with a water meter before entering the conditioning tank, and exits through an outlet pipe. A drain line routes discharge from the system to a floor drain.
