A twenty millimeter domestic hot water supply line and a fifteen millimeter domestic cold water supply line feed into a thermostatic mixing valve set at thirty-five degrees Celsius. Water hammer arrestors and supply stops are installed on the branch lines. The assembly connects to a ten millimeter tempered water main serving multiple lavatory and hand sinks. The unit is installed exposed on the wall behind the sink apron.
