Two configurations for sanitary waste cleanouts comprise a standard floor cleanout and a cleanout to grade. The assembly features a cast iron waste line with a one-eighth bend connecting to a brass cleanout plug with a countersunk head. The top of the cleanout cover installs flush with the finished floor line. Exterior or grade installations include a sixteen-inch square concrete pad trowel-smooth with an edged finish around the cast iron bend. Cleanouts are restricted from being located in carpeted areas.
