A piping expansion loop accommodates thermal movement in roof drain piping. The assembly consists of a series of elbows forming a U-shaped offset to absorb linear expansion. Dimensions of 9 feet 3 19/32 inches and 4 feet 8 13/32 inches define the loop geometry. Where multiple pipes run in parallel, the innermost expansion loop must adhere to these specified dimensional requirements.
