Medical gas zone valve box assembly housing oxygen and vacuum piping lines with individual quarter-turn ball valves and inline pressure gauges. The rough-in enclosure measures 13-11/16 inches wide by 12-3/16 inches high, centered within a 21-inch rough opening. A self-adhesive area served tag is provided inside the box for valve identification. The entire unit is installed at a finished floor height of 66 inches above the finished floor.
