A floor drain assembly is set within a tile floor and tile bed, incorporating an adjustable strainer and trap seal. A flashing collar secures a 30-inch by 30-inch square four-pound lead or 16-ounce copper flashing membrane to ensure waterproofing at the floor penetration. The drain body connects to the waste pipe via a neoprene gasket and a caulked connection.
