One hundred schedule 40 PVC piping is installed level in a trench at the top of building footings toward the outside edge. The pipe features two rows of sixteen millimeter diameter holes set at one hundred twenty-seven millimeter center to center and spaced one hundred degrees apart. A coupling joins pipe segments together. Water pervious black polyolefin or polyester filter fabric wraps around the entire length of the subsoil drainage piping to prevent sand, dirt, and gravel from entering the pipe.
