A floor drain with an integrated trap primer is set within a concrete floor slab and finished floor. A half-inch cold water line feeds through a shut-off valve and trap primer valve into a distribution unit. One-half-inch primer lines run from the distribution unit to maintain the water seal in the floor drain trap. A sanitary sewer line and vent pipe connect directly to the drain assembly below the slab.
