An electronic trap primer connects to the nearest cold water source with a three-quarter-inch line featuring a shutoff valve located in an accessible location above the ceiling. The assembly incorporates an automated time clock, a solenoid valve, and a vacuum breaker feeding a manifold. Trap primer lines extend downward with a twelve-inch minimum clearance above the floor slab to supply multiple floor drains and floor sinks, which then tie into the sanitary sewer.
