A soil or waste pipe is fitted with a cleanout plug positioned behind a wall penetration. A round stainless steel cover plate is secured over the wall opening using stainless steel screws. The assembly provides accessible maintenance access to the plumbing drainage system while maintaining a finished wall appearance.
