The cold water supply line enters through a check valve and includes a pressure gauge before reaching the tankless electric water heater. A temperature and pressure relief valve is installed on the inlet side of the unit. Both the inlet and outlet connections utilize flexible connections and dielectric unions to isolate the heater from the piping system. A thermometer is provided on the hot water outlet line to monitor discharge temperatures.
