A pipe penetrates through a cast-in-place concrete floor slab utilizing a sleeve sized to provide a 2-inch annular space. An Anvil Fig 261 riser clamp supports the pipe above the floor. Fire-stopping is applied at all rated floors, and a caulk seal is provided where insulation does not occur. Pipe size is determined per floor plans.
