An underground concrete grease interceptor tank features a four-inch PVC inlet pipe connecting to a four-inch sanitary tee with a twenty-four-inch drop leg. An internal concrete baffle wall divides the interior chamber, passing flow through an eight-inch PVC elbow assembly. The outlet side connects to a three-inch vent pipe and four-inch cleanout extending up through a concrete pad to finished grade. Access is provided through two openings topped with grade rings and number seven rim and cover assemblies.
