A finished floor cleanout tee connects to a vertical riser that may extend as a waste or vent pipe. The cleanout plug is accessed through a stainless steel access cover secured with a vandal-proof countersunk screw. The vertical pipe extends downward through the floor slab to a forty-five degree wye fitting with a plug at the end of the line.
